Product description Frozen Thighs IQF 2 x 5kg (brine Injected 15%)
Processing Whole eviscerated birds are air chilled to below 10°C, cut into portions, frozen to reach a temperature of -12°C or below and stored below -20°C.

Portions should have no scratches, blood spots, feathers, bruises or any foreign material present.

Ingredients Chicken 85%; brine 15% (Salt, Phosphates, Thickeners (Maize), Dextrose and water).
Intended use The product is intended for consumption after proper cooking
Shelf life 12 months at -12°C or less from production date
Packaging Product is packed in a plastic bag and boxed
Labelling Product name, Product code, Mass, Barcode, Expiry date, Batch Number, Ingredients, Company contact details, Physical Address, Country of Origin.
Traceability Invoice Number, Expiry Date
